These public conveniences stood next door to the Old Post Office and the building is interesting for its brick and stone construction.
The two outer entrances have Roman arches while the central entrance and the windows have jack arches.
By March 2014 all the original fixtures and fittings had been removed and the building demolished to leave only the front wall standing.
